Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your swimwear in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective hygiene stickers remain attached to the garments.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized postage location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
